The project dashboard now has a Compact view with project details, statuses, tags, task counts, and dependency alerts arranged in rows. Switch between Cards and Compact using the view toggle; your choice is remembered.
Right-clicking an empty area of the dashboard now opens a menu with actions to create a project, switch views, clear active filters, and open Settings.
